Goodradigbee Distillers is Australia's most unique distillery. We mature our whiskies (and some other spirits) in Australian hardwood cubes (boxes) not oak barrels like every one else. This gives our whiskies globally unique provenance and flavour profiles. Our main whiskies for export are Ironbark Red, matured in Red ironbark, Dusk til Dawn, also matured in red ironbark but finished in a high country shiraz barrel, and Purpleheart whisky matured in Tasmanian Blackwood.

Likewise, we mature our vodka in grey ironbark and then double distill it to eliminate the orange colour but not the flavour (soft vanilla).

Our gins are all made from native botanicals, except the mandatory juniper which is imported. They use a range of botanicals like lemon myrtle, quandongs, kakadu plums, finger lime, muntries and sunrise limes, to name a few. (We use over 30). The gins are very complex and sophisticated. all of our gins and whiskies have won many awards at award shows.
