Basic Info

ChezLeon is an Australian-based medical innovation company developing wearable solutions to support fluid movement and recovery across multiple high-need clinical areas, including lymphoedema and oedema management, breast cancer recovery, orthopaedics, trauma, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

The company is building a platform of products designed to address a significant and growing global need for effective, wearable solutions that support swelling management and patient recovery across both clinical and home settings. The platform is designed to integrate into existing clinical pathways while improving patient comfort, usability, and adherence.

At the core of this platform is DP-TxTM, a patented textile-based technology that applies differential pressure through specifically engineered garment structures to support lymphatic flow and comfort. Unlike traditional compression approaches, DP-TxTM is designed to work with the body’s natural movement, offering a lightweight, breathable, and wearable alternative that may be used earlier in the recovery pathway.

The first product, the DP-TxTM Bra Insert, has been developed for use in breast cancer recovery and lymphoedema management, where patient comfort, usability, and adherence are critical challenges. The product has been refined through direct patient engagement and early clinical feedback, ensuring alignment with real-world needs.

With development underway across additional applications, including orthopaedics and trauma recovery, ChezLeon is advancing a scalable technology platform with the potential to support a wide range of fluid-related conditions.

With UKCA marking achieved and EU MDR underway, the company is now focused on international expansion and establishing clinically aligned partnerships to support adoption within healthcare systems, including the UK. This includes engagement with lymphoedema and oncology clinics, NHS stakeholders, and specialist distributors.

ChezLeon is particularly interested in working with partners who value patient-centred innovation and are open to approaches that complement existing standards of care. With a scalable technology platform and expanding product pipeline, the company offers opportunities for collaboration across clinical evaluation, distribution, and broader market development within fluid management and recovery.

Why work with us

ChezLeon offers a differentiated, non-compression approach to fluid management through its DP-TxTM wearable technology, designed to support patient comfort, usability, and adherence alongside existing standards of care.

Unlike traditional compression-based solutions, DP-TxTM is lightweight, breathable, and movement-responsive, providing a wearable alternative that may be used earlier in the recovery pathway and more easily integrated into daily life.

As a textile-based solution, it does not rely on mechanical components or external devices, supporting ease of use in both clinical and home environments.

With UKCA marking achieved and EU MDR underway, we are actively seeking clinically aligned partners to support evaluation, distribution, and market entry in the UK.

As a scalable platform with applications across lymphatic care, oncology recovery, orthopaedics, and trauma, DP-TxTM provides partners with access to a growing pipeline addressing a significant and underserved area of healthcare need.

When Compression is Not Tolerated. A patient-led experience of adjunctive differential pressure support in complex lower limb trauma.

May 2025 - March 2026

This case study explores the use of ChezLeon's patented Differential Pressure Therapy (DP-Tx™) technology in a patient recovering from severe lower-limb trauma following a motor vehicle accident. The patient experienced significant swelling, discomfort, and complex surgical recovery challenges that limited the use of conventional management approaches. Custom DP-Tx™ wraps were incorporated into the patient's self-management routine during different stages of rehabilitation. Observations included changes in swelling, tissue appearance, comfort, and functional recovery over time. While the case does not establish clinical efficacy, it highlights the potential role of differential-pressure support as an adjunctive option where conventional compression may be poorly tolerated or temporarily impractical. The case contributes to the growing exploration of DP-Tx™ technology across trauma, rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and lymphatic health applications.
